Jared Everett recently joined Pinnacle as President. With over two decades of experience, Jared has navigated the complexities of university partnerships and campus development, leaving an-indelible mark on the landscape of the industry. Prior to joining Pinnacle, Jared was the Head ofUniversity Partnerships at Greystar Real Estate, where he was instrumental in driving the company's growth across Canada and the Central and Western regions of the U.S, from $500million to over $3 billion. Before his tenure at Greystar, Jared served as the VicePresident/Senior Vice President of Development at EdR Trust.Before transitioning to the private sector, Jared held key positions at Boise State University, where he served as the University Treasurer and Executive Director of Real Estate andDevelopment. During his tenure, Jared managed profit centers exceeding $400 million in annual revenue, overseeing a myriad of operations including treasury and financial reporting, risk management, capital planning, and real estate transactions. Notably, Jared played a pivotal role in doubling the physical footprint of the campus while maintaining robust financial health and investment-grade rating debt. Jared is an active member of the Association of University RealEstate Officials (AUREO) and has contributed significantly to various boards and committees aimed at fostering community development and education.In hiscareer Jared has closed over$3B in P3 housing transactions and is widely recognized as one of North America’s experts onPublicPrivate Partnerships for housing.Jared holds a Master of Business Administration from Boise State University and a Bachelor ofScience in Business with a focus on Supply Chain Management from Arizona State University.

Christy Everett is founder and Chief Executive Officer of Pinnacle Real EstateDevelopment, a woman-owned business based in Dallas, Texas. Christy startedPinnacle in 2020 with an affordable student housing property at the University ofMemphis after over a decade working in public finance and commercial real estate.Christy has over $500M of ground up development experience in affordable, workforce, and student housing. Prior to starting Pinnacle Christy served as Senior Acquisition andDevelopment Manager at EdR Trust, a publicly-traded REIT acquired by Greystar. Her keen eye for market risk and performance evaluation ensured the success of EdR's$2.1 billion portfolio, improving the portfolio value by 15%. Christy also has experience working in sustainability, an approach she incorporates into all of Pinnacle’s housing projects to reduce operational expenses and improve longevity and resilience of the property.
