TARGET INCOME
Pinnacle, and development partner The Annex Group, will develop a 545-bed student housing community especially for nursing students and student-athletes. The housing will include study spaces, social spaces and outdoor living areas-both a quiet courtyard and an active one-along with other amenities such as grab-and-go dining options.
The housing development is pivotal to the University’s future as part of their Park Avenue Campus, which is also the future site of Tiger Park, the integrated academic and athletic facilities complex to be carried out in phases over the next decade.
The community will feature studios, two-bedroom, and four-bedroom apartments, all with bed/bath parity (one bathroom for every bedroom), full kitchens, and also an in-unit washer and drier. The units will be fully furnished with all utilities and expenses included in the rent. An emphasis on keeping students safe, the entire development will be gated and secured with key-card access, including well-lit parking.
For student-athletes, the benefit of living in the hub of where they will train and compete is a significant one. The college experience is improved for all students, not only student-athletes, with the creation of spaces conducive to shared learning experiences.
