To meet a need for affordable housing in downtown San Fransico for faculty and staff of the UC’s College of the Law, Jared worked with the college to develop The Academe at 198. A high-rise campus housing building, boasting significant sustainable energy conservation measures, offers faculty, staff, and graduate students of the college 656 fully furnished apartments. 

Each bedroom has its own bathroom and each unit comes with a full kitchen. Community amenities abound including large lounges with skyline views, study rooms, communal kitchens, entertainment rooms, WIFI, laundry facilities, a fitness center, an outdoor courtyard, bicycle storage, and a dog run.
